By creating an account and using TempoRun, you agree to these Terms of Use.
TempoRun is intended for users aged 16 or older. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 16 years old. Users between 16 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
Logging runs, receiving training plans, using the AI Coach, connecting Strava/Garmin, sharing results.
Commercial use without authorisation, accessing other users' data, unauthorised reproduction of content, use that harms third parties.
Monthly plan: cancel any time, no penalty. Access remains active until end of paid period. No pro-rata refund for the current month.
Annual plan: cancel any time, no penalty. Access active until end of paid year. Pro-rata refund available in special cases below.
Email suporte@temporun.run with subject Refund — [reason]. Response within 2 business days.

The AI Coach and training plans are based on sports science evidence but do not replace medical advice or guidance from a qualified professional. In case of pain, injury, or physical symptoms, consult a healthcare professional. TempoRun is not liable for injuries resulting from exercise.
Strava and Garmin integrations are subject to each platform's own terms and privacy policies. TempoRun is not responsible for data or actions of external platforms.
Brand, logo, design, code and content are the property of TempoRun Ltd, protected by law. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
We make our best effort to keep the service available 24/7. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
Close your account at Settings → Account → Delete account. Your data will be removed as per the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, TempoRun is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in Brazil or Europe.
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and European legislation. For Brazilian users, the CDC (Law 8.078/1990) and LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) also apply.
Material changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice by email or in-app notification.
