Right of Withdrawal — Brazil

🇧🇷Art. 49 CDC (Law 8.078/1990)

You have the right to cancel your subscription without any justification within 7 (seven) calendar days from the purchase date.

  • Full cancellation, no penalty, no explanation needed
  • Full refund including any fees, within 10 business days
  • Cancellation via the same channel used to subscribe (in-app)

⚠️ Note

The 7-day period starts from the payment confirmation date, not from the date you first use the service.

Right of Withdrawal — Europe / Ireland

🇪🇺🇮🇪EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU — Cooling-off period

You have the right to cancel within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of purchase, without reason.

  • Free and unmotivated cancellation within 14 days
  • Full refund within 14 days of cancellation request
  • From June 2026: dedicated cancellation button per Directive 2023/2673/EU

Exception (EU)

If you expressly request immediate service access before the 14-day period ends and sign an acknowledgement, any refund will be proportional to the period already used.

Cancellation due to health issues

We understand that medical emergencies happen. We offer a pro-rata refund for unused months on the annual plan with medical documentation.

This applies to:

Cancellation due to service failure

If TempoRun experiences a serious and continuous failure, you are entitled to a refund:

🇧🇷Brazil

Immediate termination with full refund for unused period, per Art. 20 of the CDC.

🇪🇺Europe

Full or pro-rata refund per the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
