Right of Withdrawal — Europe / Ireland
🇪🇺🇮🇪EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU — Cooling-off period
You have the right to cancel within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of purchase, without reason.
Free and unmotivated cancellation within 14 days
Full refund within 14 days of cancellation request
From June 2026: dedicated cancellation button per Directive 2023/2673/EU
Exception (EU)
If you expressly request immediate service access before the 14-day period ends and sign an acknowledgement, any refund will be proportional to the period already used.

Pro-rata refund for remaining months evaluated case by case
EU users: pro-rata refund guaranteed by law in service failure cases

Cancellation due to health issues
✅ Health policy
We understand that medical emergencies happen. We offer a pro-rata refund for unused months on the annual plan with medical documentation.
This applies to:
Pregnancy with medical restriction on physical exercise
Surgery or post-operative recovery
Documented serious injury preventing running for more than 30 days
Any medical condition preventing running
Contact suporte@temporun.run with subject Health Cancellation, including a medical document (certificate, report or medical letter).

Cancellation due to service failure
If TempoRun experiences a serious and continuous failure, you are entitled to a refund:
Continuous outage exceeding 72 hours
Irreversible loss of user data
Core features non-functional for more than 7 days
🇧🇷Brazil
Immediate termination with full refund for unused period, per Art. 20 of the CDC.
🇪🇺Europe
Full or pro-rata refund per the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Auto-renewal — Transparency
You will receive an email reminder 7 days before each annual renewal
Cancel any time directly in the app
Next billing date and amount always visible in Settings → Pro Subscription
Brazil (Procon-SP): cancellation available through the same channel as signup
Europe (UCPD): cancellation must be as easy as signing up
